Born in Foligno (PG), Valerii is an electronics engineer from 1992 and operates in the plant engineering sector since 1994.
In the early 2000 he found Sinapsi Srl, that has a long experience as a manufacturer and system integrator in the field of monitoring systems of FV plants, in the field of home and building automation with particular attention to the aspects of energy metering and energy efficiency.
